ByteArmor AI was co-founded by Sriram Sankar and Rajeshkumar T.S.R, two enterprise leaders who have spent nearly six decades combined guiding Fortune 500 organizations through complex technology and business transformation.
Sriram Sankar
Co-Founder
Sriram brings close to three decades of enterprise consulting and delivery leadership, most recently as a Managing Director at Accenture, where he led global technology delivery for enterprise platforms across 300+ clients, managing a $200M portfolio and teams of over 5,200 associates spanning the US, Europe, Latin America, and APAC. His work has spanned ERP modernization across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Workday, Global Capability Center strategy, and the practical adoption of Generative AI — grounded in a Wharton School of Management certification in Strategy, Innovation & Change Management. He also founded Mayghas Consulting, advising CEOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders on turning complex change into measurable business outcomes. Outside of work, Sriram is an avid marathoner, trekker, and biker — he has scaled many peaks in the Himalayas and ran the Procam 2026 race.
Rajeshkumar T.S.R
Co-Founder
Rajeshkumar brings over 30 years of business leadership across the ICT, IoT, Cloud, and Telecom industries, most recently as Enterprise Business Head for Vodafone Idea's South India Cluster. Earlier, he served as General Manager – South India at Tata Communications, along with other senior leadership roles at leading telecom and technology companies, closing CXO-level engagements with global enterprise clients. His expertise spans large-deal structuring, strategic alliances, and ecosystem development, with a track record of building 100+ system integrator networks. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from SASTRA University, completed the Senior Management Programme at IIM Kolkata, and serves as a Steering Committee Member at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Together, Sriram and Rajeshkumar combine deep technical and delivery expertise with enterprise sales, alliance-building, and CXO relationship management — the exact blend organizations need to move from AI curiosity to governed, operational capability.
